Week 9 - Completion:

Week 8:

 

This week we put in light fixtures, mirrors, appliances, and indoor/outdoor railings.

Weeks 6 and 7:

Dry wall was installed during week 6.

During week 7 the house was painted.  Also installed:  vinyl flooring, cabinets and countertops in the kitchen, and vanity and vanity tops in all bathrooms.

Week 5:

This week at Mansfield St. the drywall was hung. The siding was also completed and the turn posts on the front porch were installed.

Week 4:

This week at 152 Mansfield St. the siding was hung on the exterior of the house along with the shutters. The interior was insulated and the drywall will be installed within the next few days. 

Week 3:

This week at Mansfield St. the trades came in to do the plumbing, electrical, and the HVAC work. We also had the shingles installed on the roof. We go for framing and trades inspection on Tuesday March 16. 

Week 2:

This week at 152 Mansfield St. we began framing the house.
We have also included a picture of what the house will look like when completed and a layout of the first floor.
